Stormbreaker by Anthony Horowitz

Over the summer, the second book I have read is called Stormbreaker by Anthony Horowitz. This is a series about a boy named Alex Rider who is a spy who works for this undercover organization called the M16. In the beginning of the book, he realizes that his uncle has been killed in a car crash by the police. Alex questions the police and investigates because he knows that his uncle always put his seat belt on. One of his missions in the M16 is to spy on this rich man named Herod Sayle. He is building a computer called a Stormbreaker which he is giving to the schools in Britain. These Stormbreakers are infected with a small pox virus which will cause a deadly virus. Just before the Prime Minister was activating it, he shoots all of it and deactivates it. Also, Alex was about about to be thrown off the roof but then is saved by a man named Yassen Gregorovich who is the man who killed his uncle. He then kills Herod and tells Alex to stop being a spy or he is going to die one day. This book is very good and kept me reading until I was finished with the book. I also have read some of the other books in the series which were very good too. I enjoyed this book a lot and I recommend this book to anyone who like books with a lot of action in it!
